Welschap Socius is active in several municipalities and organizes a wide range of welfare activities, ranging from youth and youth work to informal care support, volunteering and neighborhood development.

The organization works intensively with municipalities, healthcare and educational institutions, volunteers and residents' initiatives.

With a growing number of projects and collaborations, it became increasingly important to streamline processes, better coordinate systems and record data unambiguously. That is why Welschap Socius decided to go through the Digital Roadmap.

The Digital Roadmap consisted of six steps, which together formed the foundation for the digital transformation:

2. Application & data mapping Inventory and mapped all the software and data flows used.
3. Gap analysis Mismatches and opportunities identified between processes, systems and information needs.
4. Solution architecture An integrated solution architecture designed that optimally connects systems and processes.
5. Digital development Digital solutions developed in an agile way, focused on rapid value creation.
6. Implementation & support Implementation, training and change management provided so that the solutions are widely adopted in the organization.

By fully completing the Digital Roadmap, Welschap Socius now has a structured digital basis. This foundation makes it possible in the future to BI Roadmap to start, with which data can be used even more effectively for control, reporting, impact measurement and AI solutions.
