Who we are
Our team of software developers, data engineers, machine learning specialists, workflow consultants, and UI/UX designers work together to build a data & AI platform and create smart solutions that transform workflows and deliver measurable impact. Our approach is personal. Our results are tangible.
Our Story
Flawless Workflow was founded by Geanny Amor dos Santos and Alexander Habtezghi, both alumni of the University of Twente with a background in engineering.
Early in their careers, they encountered a common frustration: instead of focusing on creating value, they found themselves tangled in administrative work, inefficient software, and inaccessible data. Technology consumed their time rather than empowering their work.
Driven by that experience, they founded Flawless Workflow. Together with other alumni, they developed a methodology that starts with understanding business processes. From that foundation, they design IT infrastructures and build solutions that truly support people in their daily work. Their vision is clear: technology should empower and liberate you — not weigh you down.
Today, Flawless Workflow is led by Geanny, Alexander, and Tom Behage, alongside colleagues in the Netherlands, Portugal, and beyond. The company helps organizations become future-proof and data-driven, enabling them to make a greater impact on the world.
