Previously, connecting new customers to the access control system required a separate customized solution at a time. That worked, but offered too little flexibility and scalability for the future. In addition, it meant that customers could not easily manage users and rights from their own HRM systems.
The goal was clear: connect new customers faster and easier, centrally manage processes and give users access directly from their own systems. This is how Voskamp took the next step towards more efficient and smarter access management.
Solution
A dynamic and future-proof data broker
To achieve this goal, Voskamp Group and Flawless Workflow jointly developed a dynamic data broker. This middleware forms the link between customers' HRM and ERP systems and on-site access control systems.
Where separate links were previously required per customer, the data broker now provides one generic and scalable solution. New customers can easily be added, after which the system communicates directly with their internal HRM and ERP data. New employees or changes in rights are automatically transferred to the doors they have access to within 30 seconds.

As soon as a customer changes something in their HRM system, such as adding a new employee or changing a group, it is automatically retrieved and processed by the data broker every 30 seconds. This ensures speed and reliability. - Flexibility and expandability

The data broker runs locally within Voskamp's IT infrastructure. This means that their customers' data does not run via external servers. This is not only safer, but also guarantees speed and full control over data and integrations. - Fast turnaround time and close cooperation
