In a world where the labor market is tightening, the importance of recruitment is increasing. TDC group, a progressive organization with expertise in connecting specialists with the right partners, knows all about that. In recent years, both the number of vacancies and the number of candidates have increased enormously, which also increased the workload for recruiters. Through Business Intelligence, a company's information, which is often stuck in the business process and therefore feels elusive, is collected and analyzed. This information is then clearly displayed in BI dashboards, which can be used to respond to trends within the company. Raw data is thus converted into knowledge, so that even better decisions can be made.
