CS Opleidingen is a leading training institution that specializes in absenteeism and reintegration. As vocational trainers, they offer, among other things, the profession case management and the training Directing for Absenteeism on. CS Opleidingen believes it is important that those who are ill or incapacitated for work are optimally supervised so that they can get back to work as quickly as possible. For years, CS Opleidingen used a self-built learning management system. Although the system suited their specific needs well, it came with challenges. Maintaining this system became complex and time-consuming. The organization had the ambition to further professionalize the processes and IT landscape of CS Opleidingen. The goal was to future-proof and modernize existing systems so that they optimally match the organization's strategic goals.

The solution

The Digital Roadmap

When we came into contact with CS Courses, they faced an important goal: to make their learning management system meet the needs of a growing and modernizing organization. That's why we started taking the steps of our Strategic Partnership.

Step 1: Analysis of processes and software landscape

We started with an in-depth analysis of the existing processes and IT infrastructure. This gave us an idea of how CS Opleidingen works. This enabled us to understand their operational needs and strategic goals, such as automating administrative processes, modernizing systems, and improving the user experience.

Step 2: Selecting and Deploying a SaaS Ecosystem

Based on our analysis, management decided to switch to a software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution, consisting of a learning management system (LMS) and a course management system. The course management system had already been selected by CS Opleidingen, but the workflow analysis confirmed that this system was the most appropriate for the organization. The LMS was chosen based on our recommendations, focusing on functionality, usability and integration options.

Flawless Workflow subsequently helped implement the LMS, build integrations between the systems and optimally align these solutions with CS Opleidingen's business processes.

Step 3: Creating insight with data

As a next step in professionalizing the IT landscape, Flawless Workflow currently supports the development of a data warehouse that is linked to a PowerBI-suite. With this link, it is possible to create insights with various filters. This gives CS Opleidingen access to dynamic dashboards that allow them to visualize data. This insight ensures that they can make data-driven decisions.

Both the new Learning Management System (LMS) and Course Management System have been successfully implemented and fully operational. These systems are seamlessly integrated into the daily work processes of CS Opleidingen.

By setting up a data warehouse and the future integration of a Power BI suite, CS Opleidingen gets in-depth insights into their data. This enables them to analyse data, which is crucial for strategic decision making and management reporting.

Automation of enrollment processes

The integration between the LMS, CMS and the accounting system ensures that student and subscriber registrations are almost entirely automatic. This contributes to the optimization of internal business processes and ensures that students and subscribers can make optimal use of the CS Opleidingen and VereFi systems.

CS Opleidingen students and subscribers to the Verefi platform experience a streamlined process when signing up. For this reason, users of the platform have a better user experience.
