Processing lab results
DSG experienced the following bottleneck in their workflow: it uses an online Lab Journal service, eLabJournal, where test results from the labs are stored. From here, the data was manually copied and pasted into Excel files and from there further processed and then put online for customers to view. They spent a lot of time doing this. The assignment was simple; streamline and automate the processing of test results from the online platform eLabJournal.
