Caribbean Data Technologies (CDT) offers a solution for information flows between roadside assistance companies and insurance companies. Flawless Workflow has developed a web platform for CDT that facilitates all communication regarding reporting accidents.
The administrative work involved in reporting accidents involves many parties and is quite complex. In the past, the system was not connected to all stakeholders and did not include advanced data analysis. That's why we set out to develop a web platform that makes the entire process simple, transparent and secure.
